Billy is operated by Billy Bets, Inc. (“Billy,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers billybets.ai and the Billy web app. Questions go to billy@megalabs.xyz.
Billy has no sign up, no login, and no user accounts. We do not ask for your name, your email address, your phone number, or your date of birth to use the product, and we do not have a profile associated with you. If we add accounts later, we will update this page before that feature ships.
If you choose to connect a public wallet address or a read only exchange key to see your own positions, that identifier is used only to display your own data back to you. We never ask for and cannot accept a private key, a seed phrase, or any credential that could move funds.
Request logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs for every request: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. These are used to operate the service, diagnose errors, and defend against abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Usage analytics. We do not currently run a product analytics tool, an advertising tracker, or any cross site tracking, so beyond the request logs above there is no separate analytics record of your visit. If we add aggregate usage analytics to understand which pages get used and where the product is slow, it will be aggregate, it will not be used to identify you personally, and it will be named on this page before it ships.
Install prompt state and display preferences. When you dismiss the “add Billy to your home screen” prompt, or pick a league filter or a view, that choice is stored in your own browser using localStorage so we do not ask you again. It stays on your device. It is never transmitted to us and we cannot read it.
This site uses only essential cookies. They exist to remember which version of the interface to serve you and nothing else. There are no advertising cookies and no third party tracking cookies, which is why you are not being shown a cookie banner.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers, we do not rent it, and we do not trade it for advertising. We have no affiliate relationships with any sportsbook or exchange, so we are not paid to route you anywhere.
We share data only with the vendors that run the service for us, such as our hosting and database providers, and only so they can provide that service. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
Billy is built on information about markets, not about you. We ingest prices and market data from public prediction market exchanges and from a commercial sports odds data provider; schedules and box scores from public and commercial sports data providers; public on chain trading activity; and publicly published analyst commentary from news outlets, sports websites, and podcast feeds.
Published commentary is linked to its source and quoted only in short excerpts. We do not store or republish full articles.
Request logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider and then discarded. Market data is retained as long as it is useful for the product. On device preferences persist until you clear your browser storage.
Billy is not directed to children. It is intended for adults of legal age to participate in sports wagering or prediction markets where they live. Do not use Billy if you are not.
You can clear on device preferences at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site. Because we do not hold an account for you, there is usually nothing further for us to delete. If you believe we hold information about you and you want it removed, write to billy@megalabs.xyz and we will act on it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be called out on the site.
