Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of billybets.ai and the Billy web app, operated by Billy Bets, Inc.. By using Billy you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Billy.

Billy is an information service. It shows what prediction markets, sportsbooks, on chain traders, and published analysts are doing, with the evidence attached. That is the whole product.

Billy does not accept bets. It does not hold, transmit, or custody funds. It is not a sportsbook, an exchange, a broker, a money transmitter, or an investment adviser, and nothing in it is a recommendation to place any wager or to buy or sell anything.

Nothing Billy shows predicts the future. Signals describe what has already happened in a market or what a named source has already said. Past performance, including any record shown for a source or a system, does not guarantee any future result. You are solely responsible for every decision you make and for any money you risk.

You must be of legal age where you live to use Billy, and at least 18. Sports wagering and prediction market laws differ by jurisdiction and change often. It is your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply to you. Billy being available to you is not a statement that any activity is legal where you are.

Prices, lines, records, and statistics come from third party sources and from our own computations on top of them. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always confirm a price at the venue before you act on it. Billy is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.

Billy links to sportsbooks, exchanges, and publishers so you can check a number or read a source in full. We have no affiliate relationships with any sportsbook or exchange; links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third party sites, their content, or their terms.

Do not scrape, mirror, or resell Billy’s data in bulk, do not attempt to break or overload the service, do not use it to break the law, and do not present Billy’s output as your own product. If you want programmatic access, ask us at billy@megalabs.xyz instead.

Billy, the Billy name, the wordmark, and the character are ours. The interface, the signals, and the way they are computed and presented are ours. Quoted material belongs to the publisher who wrote it and is shown in short excerpts with a link to the original.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Billy Bets, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost wagers, or lost data, arising from your use of Billy. Our total liability for any claim relating to Billy will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.

Billy is an information service. It does not accept bets, hold funds, or guarantee outcomes. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

We may change Billy or these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page changes when the terms do, and continuing to use Billy after that means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or end access to anyone who breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
